With over 45 years of experience in the construction industry, Carl is a seasoned expert in gypcrete, concrete flow fill, and lightweight concrete roofing. Since beginning his career in 1980, Carl has built a reputation for excellence, earning the nicknames "Mr. Safety" and "Carl Concrete" for his dependability and commitment to quality. He is an OSHA-authorized trainer and holds both OSHA 500 and OSHA 510 certifications, underscoring his dedication to maintaining the highest safety standards on every job site. When he's not building or pouring concrete, you will find Carl playing the drums at the local bar or wake-surfing on Lake Georgetown.
Molly is a passionate academic and lifelong learner with plans to pursue a PhD in Religious Studies. Her scholarly focus reflects her deep interest in linguistics, philosophy, and the intersection of religion and culture. Outside her academic pursuits, Molly enjoys wake-surfing, rock climbing, and spending quality time with her family. Her blend of intellectual curiosity, creative interests, and dedication to excellence brings a thoughtful and balanced perspective that greatly benefits the company, inspiring innovation and fostering collaboration. Molly has lived in the Austin area for the past seven years and will graduate from UT with an M.A. in spring of 2025.
Marcy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in managing finances for various businesses. Her expertise in financial planning, organization, and attention to detail ensures the company's operations run smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, Marcy is deeply committed to her faith in Christ and prioritizes a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Her exceptional organizational skills and dedication to excellence bring great value to the company, fostering stability and driving success. In her free time, you might find Marcy reading, cross-stitching, knitting, or cooking from scratch with all-organic ingredients.
